Paul Kelley Simmerman, 69, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.

He was born on February 24, 1956, in Orlando, Florida to the late John Henry Simmerman Jr. and the late Dorothy Kelley Simmerman.

Paul is survived by his daughters, Elisha Clark (Rory), Claire Simmerman; his grandchildren, Ethan Clark, Elias Clark; Sister-in-law, Loretta Simmrman; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

In addition to his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by his brothers, John Simmerman, and David Simmerman.

Paul's family would like to thank Lower Cape Fear Hospice, the hospital doctors, nurses and entire staff for the wonderful care they provided.
