Perry Glenn Orr, age 50, of Currie died Thursday, April 24, 2008 in New Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Orr was born February 18, 1958, in Pender County and was the son of Louise Bell Orr of Currie and the late David B. Orr. He was also predeceased by his sister, Geraldine Orr.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Teresa Orr; daughter, Kimberly Orr of Burgaw; sister, Rachel Crabb and husband, Cecil of Tampa, FL; brothers, Billy Orr and wife, Mary Lou and Danny Orr all of Currie and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2008, at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel with the Rev Mary White officiating.
