Randall "Randy" Scott Kiser, 69, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center following a short illness.

He was born on July 11, 1953, in Catawba County to the late Winfield Scott Kiser and the late Edith (Lane) Kiser.

Randy retired from NASCAR as an inspector and was working part-time with Pender County Sheriff's office.

Randy is survived by his cousins, Susan Brooks, John Michael McCowan and wife, Teresa; and a host of other friends and family.

In addition to his parents, Randy was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sandra Rhae Small Kiser.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be to the Pender County Sheriff "Shop with a Sheriff Program" at PO Box 1449, Burgaw, NC 28425.

A memorial service will be held in his honor at 2 pm Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington with Pastor Joe Easterling officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
