Randy Fate Midgette, 62, of Rocky Point passed from his earthly life on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at his home.

He was born March 29, 1957 in Durham, the son of the late Leroy Fate Midgette and Mamie Ayscue Midgette.

Randy is survived by his brothers, David Mitchell and Jerry Morgan and his wife, Michelle; sister, Sandra Brooks; and many nieces and nephews.

Randy was a kind and gentle man, quiet in manner, but very considerate of others. He loved and shared with his family whenever he was able to do so. He was loved and will be greatly missed.

Memorial service will be held in Burlington at a later date.
