It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Richard Keith Parker, a cherished gentleman who loved and lived among us on this earth. He was born March 3, 1952 in Fayetteville and died October 21, 2026. Richard was the son of Robert Lewis Parker and Patricia Ann Baldwin Parker. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Keith Parker.

Richard is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Barbara Hills Parker; daughter, Brenda Lee Rivenburgh (Christopher); grandchildren, Taylor Lee Rivenburgh and Richard “RJ” Rivenburgh (Kelsey); great grandson, Kameron Stone; sister, Roberta Strum (Steve); brother, William Parker (Dee); uncle, Raymond Baldwin (Janet); many nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and many friends.
