Robert Gregory "Greg" Wilson, age 53, of Rockingham died Friday, September 14, 2007 at his home.

He was born March 24, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas and was the son of the late Betty Cox Melvin.

Mr. Wilson had lived for the past 33 years in Rockingham where he was employed with Sealed Air Corporation. He was a member of Glenwood Free Will Baptist Church in Rockingham.

Greg was a loving and generous son, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed.

Surviving are his father, Martin K. Melvin of Wilmington; brother and sister-in-law, Martin R. and Donna Melvin of Hillsborough and nephew, Kent Melvin.

Graveside funeral service will be at 12 noon Wednesday, September 26, at Garden of Memories Cemetery, NC Hwy 53, Kelly, NC with Pastor Randy Speight officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to Glenwood Free Will Baptist Church, 1015 Rockingham Rd., Rockingham, NC 28379.
