Robert William Humphrey, age 79, of Hampstead, NC passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

He was born on September 29, 1941 in Belmont County, OH to the late Robert Humphrey and Pauline Rice Humphrey.

Robert retired after serving over twenty years in the U.S. Navy as a Boiler Technician Senior Chief Petty Officer. Per Robert's wishes, he will be buried at sea, embarking from The Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.
