Robert Lewis McMahon Jr., age 68, of Hampstead, NC passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022.

He was born on September 25, 1953 in Jacksonville, NC to the late Robert Lewis McMahon Sr. and Bessie Juanita Davis.

Robert was an Army veteran during the Vietnam War. He loved wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses and enjoyed food. Robert was a huge NASCAR fan and especially liked watching driver Dale Earnhardt. He was always true to his roots and loved North Carolina.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Emily Ann Findley and husband, Charles; step-son, Van Sinclair; brother, Jeff McMahon; grandchildren, Eli, Ella, and Vanna; and his best friend that was like a brother to him, James Meyers.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Trudy Kuykendall; daughter, Megan Michelle McMahon; sister Cathy McMahon Hume; and brother, Donnie McMahon.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Sound Side Park, 517 Roland Avenue, Surf City, NC on Friday, February 25th at 6pm.
