Robert Neil Williams, age 37, beloved son, dad, brother, and friend has left this earth too soon. On March 3, 2024 Neil went home to join the angels and find a fishing hole or a baseball diamond in heaven.

Neil was born November 26, 1986 in Brunswick County and is survived by his parents, Curtiss and Lorrie Williams Vann; his daughter, June Elizabeth Williams; brother, Harley Vann; sisters, Traci Vann and Cassie Vann; numerous extended family members and many friends.

Neil, affectionally called Moose, was an outdoorsman who enjoyed the woods and rivers, streams, ocean and anywhere he could sink a hook. He loved bonfires, four wheelers, and his dogs. He was a whiz playing baseball starting in junior high school and continuing on as an adult. He had an A+ sense of humor, beautiful blue eyes, and charming manner. Most of all he loved his family and will surely be missed.

There will be a gathering of family and friends 4 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2024 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw.
