Roland Robert Galer, age 33 years, beloved husband, son, brother, daddy, grandson, and loyal friend left this earth way too soon, leaving a big hole in our hearts.

Roland was born April 30, 1990 in Washington, DC and passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at his home.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jennifer Leigh Galer; daughter, Eliana Galer; son, Taylor Grier; parents, Jason and Christina Fromke; brother, Michael Fromke; sister, Kyra Fromke; grandfather, Roland Galer; grandmother, Sherry Miller; many extended family members and friends.

Roland served proudly in the US Marine Corps. He was currently employed with Security Plus as an electrician.

He was a football enthusiast and a gigantic Green Bay Packers fan. Roland was thoughtful, kind, helpful to others, and just an amazing man. Most of all he loved his family and was a wonderful and caring husband, daddy, son, brother, and grandson.   Roland was dependable to all, whenever and however.

A funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel with Pastor Steve Saatkamp conducting the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
