Ronnie Jason Marley, age 36, of Rocky Point passed peacefully at home on Saturday, November 24, 2012.

He was born October 21, 1976 in Wilmington. Jason is survived by his beloved daughter, Riley Marley; his mother, Ann Knowles and her husband, Wilson of Rocky Point; father, Donald "Donnie" Meeks of Atkinson; grandparents, Marvin and Mozelle Marley of Rocky Point; sister, Carolyn Muno of Rocky Point; niece, Alyssa; nephew, T. J.; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jason loved his family; his daughter, Riley, brought great joy into his life. Being very gifted in art, Jason drew a perfect picture of Riley when she was born and that picture hangs in his home today. Jason was a Tar Heel fan and greatly enjoyed watching football and basketball games. Remembered will be Jason's beautiful smile, quiet manner, and gentle laughter.

A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at Castle Hayne Baptist Church with Pastor Billy Fowler officiating.
