Rosalie Marie Frank, age 70, of Rocky Point passed peacefully from her earthly life on Monday, April 9, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 25, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York to Angelo J. and Maria Ameruso Inchierchiro who preceded Rosalie in death.

Rosalie is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years who was Rosalie's teenage sweetheart, Edward Charles Frank; daughter, Jeanette Erikson (John) of Acworth, Georgia; son, Edward Angelo Frank (Jacklyn) of Hauppauge, New York; grandchildren Steven Frank and Jaclyn Frank; sister, Joan Galante (Robert) of Connecticut; special friends, Ron and Jean Rampone; and many extended family who loved Rosalie dearly.

First and foremost Rosalie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who put her heart, passion and love into all things that life brought her way. She loved life and lived it to the fullest with grace and joy. Being an accomplished artist, Rosalie excelled in landscapes and animals. There were so many things that Rosalie loved and excelled in ... gardening, both flowers and vegetables, sewing and knitting. Rosalie was a gift to this world and will be missed beyond measure by her family and all who knew and loved her.

A memorial mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church with Father Alex Gonzales officiating.
