Roxanne Elizabeth Marshburn, age 81, of Maple Hill passed from her earthly life, Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at home.

She was born July 13, 1945 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Edward Joseph Walsh and Nan Frey Walsh. In addition to her parents Roxanne was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, William “Bill” Penn Marshburn; and brother-in-law, Edward “Ned” Walsh.

Roxanne is survived by her sister, Beth Ann Takacs (Michael); sister-in-law, Janet Walsh; special niece, Amy Walsh Stock (Travis); several nieces and nephews; Bill’s cousin, Elizabeth James Dunn; and many friends.
