Samantha Suzanne Malpass Roberts, 27, of Burgaw left this earthly life for her eternal rest on Friday, February 12, 2016.
She was born January 11, 1989 in Wayne County and was the daughter of George and Betty Denise Malpass Roberts of Willard.
Surviving in addition to her loving parents, is Samantha's half-brother, Carlis Malpass of Castle Hayne; aunts and uncles, Abigail and Milton Williams, Cherry Jones, and David Malpass, all of Willard and Roger and Teresa Malpass of Castle Hayne; "Mema", Betty Malpass of Willard; her canine companion, Samson; her special Ivanhoe family, Jamie and Lisa Taylor and Tiffany, Jennifer and Jessica Taylor and numerous other family and friends.
Samantha was a loving daughter and caring sister, niece and friend who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed the simplest things in life but her greatest joy was spending time with those she loved. Before her accident, Samantha enjoyed playing volleyball and being a cheerleader. With a beautiful smile and friendly, outgoing personality, Samantha never met a stranger. She was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she was needed. Samantha will surely be missed but cherished memories of her will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and love her.
