Sarah E. Hooks' Obituary
Sarah Elizabeth Hooks, 96 of Wilmington passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015.
She was born December 4, 1918 and graduated Calypso High School. Elizabeth was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
Mama Hooks also known as Betty was a homemaker for her family. She was an active member of Wrightsville United Methodist Church.
Sarah was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years Robert B. Hooks, Sr. in July. She is survived by her daughter Sarah B. Woodbury and her husband Steve, her son Robert B. Hooks, Jr (Ben) and wife Jackie, 3 grandchildren Scott, Jacob and Kristen and a great granddaughter Harper Elizabeth.
Graveside Chapel Mausoleum service will begin 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank the staff at Davis Healthcare for their kindness and care of our Mother.
