Shirley Ann Hubbard, 81, of Currie, NC, reunited with her beloved husband of 49 years, Joe Carroll "JC" Hubbard on Saturday morning, January 13, 2024.

She was born January 17, 1942 in Wilmington. In addition to her husband Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hilda Bradshaw; daughter, Pam; brother, Johnny; sisters, Brenda and Gloria; three grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Shirley is survived by her son, Ricky (Debbie); daughter, Angie; son, Joey; son, Jeff (Nancy); fifteen grandkids; twenty-five great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandkids; her sister, Carole Creasman and special lifetime friend, Bootney Dixon.

Special thanks to all who so lovingly helped us through Shirley's journey to her heavenly reward. Shirley's grandchildren, Windy, Jennifer, and Jessica along with great grandson, Tristan, cared for Shirley with love and devotion.

Following Shirley's wishes no services will be held at this time.
