Stephen Ross Justice Jr., 54, passed from his earthly Thursday, July 9, 2026 at home.

He was born February 24, 1972 in Wilmington, the son of Stephen Ross Justice, Sr. and Janice Blanton Richardson.

In addition to his parents Stephen is survived by his wife, Paula Gales Justice; son, Steven Ross Justice III; several cousins and many extended family members.
