Susan Lorraine Werner Galusha, age 76, of Rose Hill passed from this life to her eternal rest on September 18, 2023.

She was born on April 7, 1947 in Bronx, New York; the daughter of the late Jerry and Sophie Evans Werner. Susan was also predeceased by her sister Mary Fisher.

Surviving are her sons, Scott Sholar and wife Ashley of Turkey, Jim O'Donnell of Florida and Larry O'Donnell of Wilmington; grandchildren, Skylar Sholar, Addyson Sholar, Daisy Coughlin and husband Tim, Dylan O'Donnell, Bruce O'Donnell, Joshua O'Donnell and Tyler O'Donnell; great grandchildren Tristan Coughlin, Bentley O'Donnell, Kylee O'Donnell, and Finley O'Donnell; sisters, Kathy Scott and Ellen Sholar; brother George Sholar; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends that love Susan dearly.

Susan loved her family more than they could ever imagine.  Her sons and  grandchildren were the apple of her eyes.  Susan enjoyed caring for older people and served as a caregiver for many years.  With a great big heart, Susan loved unconditionally whether it was family, friends or complete strangers.  She was a people's person and never met a stranger.  Susan loved deeply and was loved in return.  She will truly be missed but treasured memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
