Tommy Gregory Lewis, 60, of Burgaw passed from his earthly life Friday, May 13, 2022 at his home following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

He was born October 10, 1961 in Columbus County, the son of James Hubert Lewis and Flora Belle Rasberry Lewis. In addition to his parents, Greg was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby James Lewis, Jimmy Wayne Lewis and Jerry Rasberry.

Greg is survived by his sister, Janice Sue Casey; brother, Terry James Lewis and his wife, Teresa; and many nieces and nephews.

Greg was a kindhearted gentle man who would do anything for anybody as he was able. Greg was the youngest of the Lewis children and was the apple of his mother's eye. He loved his family.

A graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at Woodcock Cemetery, Beatty's Bridge Road, Atkinson, NC The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
