Wendy Aracely Castellanos, 32, of Willard left this earthly life unexpectedly on Thursday, December 2, 2016.

Wendy was born in Honduras on March 19, 1984 the daughter of Rigoberto Castellanos and Maria Dolores Portillo.

Wendy is survived by her husband, Casiano Lopez; children, Brandon Lopez, Ricky Lopez and Samantha Castellanos; brothers, Rigoberto Castellanos, Jr. and Jason Castellanos; sister, Lourdes Castellanos; step-mother, Edia Cansuelo-Calderon; uncle, Nelson N. Catellanos and many more family and friends who loved Wendy and will miss her dearly.

Wendy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. Being a woman of uncommon character, beauty and grace, she was a friend to all. She was a strong yet gentle and loving presence to all who were blessed to know her. She looked for and encouraged the best in everyone that she knew. Wendy will surely be missed but treasured memories will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Iglesia Christiana Emanuel with Pastor Eduardo Marrero officiating. Wendy's family will receive friends from 10:00am to 12:00pm, two hours prior the funeral service at the church.

Burial will follow in Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey, NC.
