William "Bill" Edward Harrison, 77, of Riegelwood, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington.

He was born on February 17, 1947, in Washington, NC, to the late Thadius Theodore Harrison and Addie Guilford (Squires) Harrison.

Bill was an US Army Veteran who served two tours in Vietnam and spent 3 years with his wife in Mainz, Germany before being discharged at Fort Bragg. An avid golfer and general contractor, Bill loved to make old things new again. He was a bright light to many and will be dearly missed.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Jannis Lynn (Sykes) Harrison of Riegelwood, NC; brothers, Travis Harrison and wife, Delores, of Whiteville, NC, Bobby Harrison and wife, Cindy, of Lewistown, PA; his two beloved dogs, Molly and Susie; and a host of other family and friends.

A memorial visitation will take place on Monday, June 10, 2024, from 4pm to 6pm at Livingston Baptist Church in Delco, NC.

A private burial will take place at Livingston Baptist Church Cemetery in Delco, NC.
