Bobby Chadwick, 70, of Willard passed from his earthly life Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at his home.

He was born in Pender County the son of  William Lawrence Chadwick and Elizabeth Hardison Chadwick. In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by wife, Evelyn Dudley Chadwick; and his brother, Ronald Chadwick.

Bobby is survived by his sisters, Judith Ann Rivenbark (Samuel) and Carolyn Faye Miller; brothers, Gary Dale Chadwick and William Kent Chadwick (Laura); step-daughter, Jolene Denise Autry and her children and grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Bobby grew up with his five siblings in a Christian home and with a faith in God that never left him. From his youth to his older years Bobby enjoyed Gospel music, frequently visiting churches to hear gospel sings. Bobby's younger years were spent in Florida, returning to North Carolina in the mid 90's when his health began to decline. Bobby's yard was always immaculate as he enjoyed cutting grass and keeping his yard neat and tidy. For many years Bobby enjoyed morning coffee at Hardee's with the "Coffee Gang". Most of all Bobby loved his family and they loved him and will miss him.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 at Riverview Memorial Park with Mrs. Sandra Harris conducting the service.
