Brandon David Bruning

Brandon David Bruning, age 49, of Willard passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from Lower Cape Fear Hospice.

He was born on March 1, 1976, in Terrell County, GA to Linda Moore Adams of Willard and the late William Mikell Bruning.

Surviving, along with his mother are his brothers James Lisenby, Jr. of Wallace and Tim Lisenby of Willard; his stepbrother Tony Ray Adams of Willard; nephews James Lisenby, III, Travis Lisenby, Jr. and Tim Lisenby, Jr.; nieces Amber Lisenby and Amaya Rane Locklear; numerous extended family and friends that loved David dearly.

David was a loving son, brother and uncle.  He was a very intelligent young man.  Being a people’s person, David never met a stranger.   He enjoyed gambling, rescuing animals and spending time with friends and family.  Most of all he loved his mother and his brothers with all his heart.  David will surely be missed but he will never be forgotten.
