Emily Lee Welch, 93, of Leland, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 27, 1932, in Brunswick County, NC.

Funeral Service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington, with Pastor Kevin Hooper officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow the service at Willetts Cemetery at Mill Creek in Winnabow, NC.
