Harry Cephus Rivenbark, Jr., 63, of Rocky Point was called home by the Lord Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Harry was the son of the late Harry C. Rivenbark and Elaine Joyce Perkins Foster.
He leaves behind the love of his life, Terry Harts Mathis; his daughters, Brandy Rivenbark-Bitter (Austin) and Danielle Noble (Shaun); grandchildren, Austin, Rosemary, Caspian, Wesley, and Gabriel; sisters, Bertha "Bertie" Larimore (Dargan) and Virginia Evans (Robert); nieces and nephews, Misty, Tara, Chris, Andrew and Thomas; many other beloved family and cherished friends.
Harry loved to hunt, fish and spend his days outdoors with those he loved most in this world. He had a heart of gold, always putting others before himself. Outdoor grilling, NASCAR, and riding his Harley were enjoyable passions in his life. He spent his final days with his loving companion at their home in Rocky Point.
Harry’s last gift to this world was the gift of sight to a visually impaired person through Miracles of Sight.
A memorial service will be 5:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel followed by a time of fellowship with family and friends.
