John Kenneth Windham, Jr.

John Kenneth “Kenny” Windham, Jr. age 41, of Rose Hill died unexpectantly on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at his home.

He was born on December 28, 1983, in Sumter County, South Carolina to John Kenneth Windham, Sr. and Melissa Scott Windham of Paxville, SC.

Surviving to cherish his memory is his loving wife Lisa Sanger Windham of the home and their four boys, Hunter Windham, Bradley Windham, Easton Folk and Casen Windham; brother Brandon Barkley and wife Stephanie of Sumter, SC; sister Courtney Brown of Sumter, SC; devoted father Stanley Barkley; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends that loved Kenny dearly.

Kenny was a loving husband and an amazing Daddy. He was a hard worker and a great provider for his family, always making sure they had what they needed and often what they wanted.   Kenny was a very accomplished lineman who dedicated 20 years of service to the powerline business.  With a big heart he would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need and would physically help anyone who needed his help.  When Kenny was not spending time with his boys or working, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with Lisa.  He considered his coworkers “his brothers” and he treasured their friendship.  Kenny loved Lisa and their boys with all his heart.  He will surely be missed but never forgotten.
