Keith Joseph Liberati

Keith Joseph Liberati, age 54, of Hampstead, NC passed away at home on Thursday, February 25, 2021 after a long battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

He was born on March 23, 1966 in Yonkers, NY to Vincent Liberati and the late Diane Brower Liberati.

Keith enjoyed fishing and music. He collected sports memorabilia and was a big fan of the Yankees and the Patriots. Keith was close with his dad and loved him very much. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Keith was a bright light to many people and will be missed dearly.

Keith is survived by his wife, Linda Maria Liberati; children, Keith Anthony Liberati-Badinelli and wife, Megain, Ryan Liberati, Connor Liberati, Anthony Liberati, Maria Victoria Liberati, Isabel Liberati, Austin Liberati; father, Vincent Liberati; step-mother, Carol Liberati; sisters, Lynn Ann Santiomma and husband, James, and Jennifer Cruz and husband, Raul; and grandchildren, Cale Badinelli, Owen Badinelli, John Vincent Liberati, Anthony Old, and one on the way.

A visitation will be held at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 between 6pm and 8pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church in Wilmington, NC on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 9am with Rev. John McGee, OSFS, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable contributions in memory of Keith be made to the ALS Association at www.als.org.
