Margaret "Terry" Theresa Fallon

     Margaret Theresa “Terry” Fallon, age 62, of Hampstead passed gently from her earthly life on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at home surrounded with love by family following a brief battle with pancreatic cancer.

     She was born July 22, 1960, in Honolulu, Hawaii, the daughter of Clara Batson Fallon and the late Francis A. Fallon, Jr.  In addition to her father, Terry was predeceased by her brother Francis “Tony“ Fallon III; sister, Donna Blankenship; and son, Wayland J. Grant.

      Terry graduated from Topsail High School in 1979. She worked for AIM Services for many years in Saratoga Springs, NY and NYS OMRDD for a few years.

     Terry enjoyed camping, canning, cooking, sunbathing and going to the beach. She also enjoyed reading, and spending time with family.

     Survivors include her mother, Clara Fallon; daughter, Devon Ingram; sisters, Julie Fallon and Iris Maley; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

     A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel with Rev. Danny Justice conducting the service. Following the service the family will receive friends.
