Nancy Jane Schroeher

Nancy Jane Schroeher, age 74, of Rocky Point, NC passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

She was born on May 29, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Allen Milton Jimmerson and Dorothy Agnes (Nielson) Jimmerson.

Nancy was a member and Treasurer at Victory Christian Fellowship in Rocky Point, NC. She was a big hearted, caring woman who always put others first. Nancy loved God, family, the beach and boating. She was a truly kind person and was also a little spicy. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Nancy was a bright light to many people and will be missed dearly.

Nancy is survived by her husband, William Gerard Schroeher; sons, Michael Allen Simmons and wife, April, and Dameel A. Walker and wife, Kate; daughter, Karin Michelle Foster and husband, Stephen; twin-sisters, Joan Pirrone and husband, Tony, and Carol Flood and husband, Bill “Flugie”; grandchildren, Ashley Simmons, Mariah Croom and husband, CJ, Brittany Simmons, Stephen Foster, and Mason Simmons; and various nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her infant brother, Allen Milton Jimmerson.

A memorial service will be held at Victory Christian Fellowship in Rocky Point on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 12pm with Pastor Rocky Myrick officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
