Rebecca Large Midkiff

Rebecca “Becky” Large Midkiff, 85, of Wilmington, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

She was born on October 14, 1939, in Burlington, NC, to the late Thomas Jefferson Large and Emily Mozelle Carden Large.

Becky, also known as Mimi by her grandchildren, had a passion for gardening. Above all, she loved caring for her family and others.

Becky is survived by her daughter Kimberly Midkiff Neblett; her son Mark Allen Midkiff; her sister, Delores Large;  her grandchildren Kate Neblett and Blair Midkiff; and many special cousins.

Becky was also preceded in death by her sister Katheryn Large Wright; and brothers Earl Large, Donald Large, and Glen Large.
