Roxanne Marie (Clark) Parker

     Roxanne Marie Parker, 70, a graceful lady passed from her earthly life Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at home with lots of love and family at her side.

     She was born January 24, 1955 in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Leonard Eugene Clark and Dorothy Imogene Watt Clark. Dorothy died at a young age, so Roxanne was raised by her stepmom, Betty Jean Clark Burnett who was a loving mother to Roxanne. In addition to her parents, Roxanne was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Clark.

     Roxanne is survived by her husband, Paul Blake Parker; children, Stephen Throneburg (Page), Leslie Parker Trejo (Gabriel), Lori Faye Parker, Leigh Parker Giddeons (Trawick), and Adam Ross Parker (Lindsay); ten grandchildren; one great grandson; brothers, Edward Bittikofer, Alan Conn (Hazel), and Larry Conn (Reenie); many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.

     Roxanne had many interests that kept her very busy.  First and foremost she enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.  Outside of family, Roxanne loved to knit, crochet, and anything that she could do to show off her creativity.  Along with her husband, Roxanne enjoyed traveling and camping. 

     The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel with funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Brad Carter will conduct the service.

     Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park.

     The family would like to thank Lower Cape Fear Hospice, Joyce, and Penny for their excellent care of Roxanne.
