Thomas Christopher Kestler

Thomas Christopher Kestler, 57, of Burgaw, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.

He was born on November 17, 1967, in West Islip, NY, to Karen Lee (Henn) Kestler and the late Thomas Francis Kestler.

Thomas loved listening to music, especially Metallica. He was a talented artist and enjoyed drawing. Thomas was an avid reader and would read his bible every day. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Thomas is survived by his mother, Karen Kestler; his brother, Erick Kestler; his sister, Emily Kestler; his nephews, Jackson Kestler, Kameron Kestler; and his niece, Madison Kestler.

In addition to his father, Thomas was also preceded in death by his brother, Douglas “Dodo” Kestler.
